Christian Tregillis is a Managing Director and the leader of our Los Angeles office. In this role, he performs financial, economic, accounting, valuation and market analyses and investigations, frequently in the context of disputes or transactions, including the negotiation of license agreements covering intellectual property. Over the course of his 20-year career he has worked on more than 400 matters and has testified in more than 50 cases before state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings across the United States.
Prior to joining LitiNomics, Chris was the leader of the Valuation, Damages and IP practice for LECG, and he was previously a partner at Deloitte & Touche. He is currently the co-chair of the Economic Damages Task Force of the American Institute of CPAs, and is the immediate past chair of the Economic Damages section of the California Society of CPAs.
Chris is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in California and certified in Illinois. He is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and is a Certified Licensing Professional (CLP). He earned his AB in economics with Distinction from Occidental College and his MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago.
