Mr. Klein has over eight years of consulting experience, providing financial advisory services related to accounting investigative assignments, damages consultation, valuation services, and bankruptcy matters. His engagements have involved a diverse set of industries, including retail, apparel manufacturing, semiconductor, telecommunications, dental products, media, government, consumer electronics, financial services, social networking, food products, hospitality, and music.
Mr. Klein has consulted on matters involving allegations of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, Lanham Act violations, patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and false advertising. Additionally, Mr. Klein has worked on numerous matters involving complex accounting and valuation issues. Most recently, he was a member of the finance and accounting services segment at LECG having previously worked in Deloitte and Touche's Dispute Consulting practice and Kroll's Forensic Accounting and Litigation Consulting group in Los Angeles. Prior to beginning his consulting career, Mr. Klein worked in an IT department for a retail software developer.
