Tim Sherman has over ten years of experience applying accounting, financial, and economic principles to accounting investigations and litigation matters. He has calculated damages, investigated alleged frauds, and analyzed complex accounting issues. Mr. Sherman has experience in a variety of industries including technology, construction, and entertainment.

 

Mr. Sherman has dealt with a wide range of litigation matters including cases involving patent infringement, antitrust, breach of contract, and fraud. Mr. Sherman has investigated compliance with royalty agreements and created models to calculate the underpayment of royalties. He has calculated cost overruns incurred by construction projects and calculated damages related to construction delays. Mr. Sherman has analyzed accounting issues related to revenue recognition, expense recognition, and disclosures. He has also assisted in the restatement of financial statements.

 

Mr. Sherman is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in California.  He is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV).
