Michael Mitton has more than ten years of litigation consulting experience, advising clients on economic and statistical issues related to commercial litigation. His engagements have spanned a wide variety of industries including technology, health care, petroleum, telecommunications, banking, payment cards, and consumer electronics.
Mr. Mitton has expertise in the areas of class certification, liability issues, intellectual property disputes, damages calculations, merger analysis, antitrust, wage and hour violations, and discrimination. In addition to his litigation work, he has served clients on non-litigation matters, including reports for government agencies and economic analysis for private companies.
